A quick showcase of the workout I did on 23.12.2024

Introduction

Hello guys, in this blog I am going to be sharing the exercises I did in my workout. I am doing this because I think sharing my workouts might be beneficial for my readers, and I also believe it would be great for me too. This is because I believe it will help improve my writing and editing skills.

Planned workout

Here you can see a picture of the workout i am going to do today. It’s from a guy named Chris Heria, who is well-known and quite popular in the fitness and calisthenics community.

Daily Workout(Abs)

I’ve done his workouts before. And I saw that they were really good for losing fat and getting shredded. That’s why I decided to do his daily workout today(and hopefully in the future too… 😆).

The application from where this picture is taken is called THENX. It’s Chris’s app for workouts basically. There, you can find different workouts for various parts of your body, and every day the workout is different. Additionally, there are tutorials on how to perform specific exercises, like the handstand. So here I am doing the 23.12’s daily workout, which was a “Tabata” Abs workout. Tabata involves performing exercises for a specific amount of time, unlike traditional workouts, which focus on completing a certain number of repetitions.

What I’ve done

As you’ve probably seen from the picture the workout consisted of 3 rounds of:

In addition to these exercises, before I started the actual workout, I went outside and also ran 10 laps around the local stadium. I am not sure how many meters one lap is, but I’ve heard from people that it’s around 400-450 meters. So in total I ran 4-4.5 Km.

After that, I went to the local bars, did my usual joint warm-up, and did a couple of pull-ups. To be more specific: 15 normal ones, and 15 chin-ups.

After that, I went home and there I have done the actual workout.

Conclusion

Although I managed to complete the workout, it was really hard to do it. I give that to me not doing abs really often 😅.

Another things was that I could’ve done a little bit more pull-ups or more specifically more pull-ups in one set. Because I watched a guy on Instagram called Masked Mediator, and from his videos I got motivated to increase the maximum number of pull-ups I can do in one set.
